Windows 10 RTM ?

RTM is an acronym for Release To Manufacturing, RTM versions are typically released to PC manufacturers before they are released to the general public

So long as that is a retail licence, then you will be okay, the version on that installer will update to the latest version once it is installed

RTM is the version issued to manufacturers AFTER they have run all their bug checks on pre-release version and fixes have been integrated.

RTM is the 1st live public build, it gets its name because it goes to the manufacturer before the public so they can load systems before the actual release date.

It is fairly academic, with electronic distribution Microsoft will integrate new builds into their downloadable versions so the latest build is always the one available on line. No one should really have to install that RTM build any more.
